ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the prevention effect of curcumin loaded nano - liposomes on diabetic cardiomyopathy. Methods The curcumin-loaded nano-liposomes were prepared by Film dispersion and ultrasonic hydration technology and their quality inspections were also investigated.Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,blank and curcumin-loaded nano-liposomes group ( n=15). Diabetes model was induced by intraperitoneal single injection of STZ(70 mg·kg-1).After two weeks of STZ injection,the rats with model control were used for this study.The curcumin loaded nano-liposomes treatment group rats were treated with curcumin loaded nano-liposomes ( 5 mg·kg-1) via caudal vein administration for 12 weeks (three times a week).Rats of normal control group,blank nano-liposomes treated group and model control group were administrated equivalent volume of 0. 9% sodium chloride solution or blank nano-liposomes solution. After treatment for 12 weeks,the experimental animals underwent ultrasonic heart function examination.Then the rats were sacrificed and their hearts were arrested after saline perfusion. The myocardial cell collagen volume fraction ( CVF) and apoptosis index were detected. Results Curcumin loaded nano-liposomes showed good morphology and curcumin encapsulation efficiency ( 88. 37 ± 1.21) %with high stability and dispersibility. From the animal experiments, the evaluation indexes in curcumin loaded nano-liposomes treated group including LVIDd and LVFS were significantly higher than model control group and nano-liposomes treated group(P<0.05),and the LVPW,CVF and apoptosis index were significantly lower than model control group and nano-liposomes treated group(P<0.05). Conclusion Curcumin loaded nano-liposomes can improve the cardiac function of diabetic rats by reducing the fibrosis and apoptosis index of myocardial cells in diabetic rats, which could be used to prevent the diabetic cardiomyopathy.

ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate clinical use of tigecycline in hospital patients. Methods Basic diseases, pathologic examinations, concurrent medication, therapeutic efficacy and side effects of 40 patients in Lishui Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January 2012 to December 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The effective rate of patients using tigecycline for anti-infection treatment in hospital was 42. 5%. The rates of rational use, basically rational use and irrational use were 17. 5%, 77. 5% and 5. 0%, respectively. Adverse drug reactions occurred in 6 cases of tigecycline use (15. 0%). Conclusion Clinical use of tigecycline in inpatients was basically reasonable in this hospital. The clinical curative effect of tigecycline was good in a variety of infections caused by sensitive bacteria. However, the incidence of adverse drug reactions was high. Attentions should be paid in clinical application.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To observe the effect and safety of the inhalation of Lanqin oral solutions combined with interferon in the treatment of children herpes angina. Methods:The children with herpes angina were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of support treatment, the control group (57 cases) was intravenously treated with ribavirin, and the observation group (58 cases) was treated with the combined inhalation of interferon and Lanqin oral solutions. The time of transference cure, total efficiency and adverse drug reactions in the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The time of transference cure of the observation group was sig-nificantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0. 05) with higher total efficiency (P<0. 05). The adverse drug reactions were few and mild in the two groups. Conclusion:The inhalation of Lanqin oral solutions combined with interferon in the treatment of chil-dren with herpes angina is effective with short transference cure time, convenience of use and promising security, which is worthy of clinical application.

ABSTRACT

AIM:To investigate the relationship of clinical efficacy,blood trough concentration and adverse reavtion,which in the treatment of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection with Vancomycin.METHODS:The clinical data of 82 hospital patients who were infected by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and treated with Vancomycin from January 2008 to October 2009 were retrospectively analyzed the clinic efficacy,bacteriological treatment,adverse reaction were observed,and the blook trough concentration was detected.RESULTS:The treatment effective rate of Vancomycin-blood trough concentration which was less than 5 ?g/mL,in the range of 5-10 ?g/mL,and greater than 10 ?g/mL were 68.75%,72.73% and 81.82%.The bacterial clearance rates were 62.50%,68.18% and 72.73%.One case of blood trough concentration of 14.6 ?g/mL in patients with renal toxicity.CONCLUSION:Increasing the blood trough concentration of Vancomycin can improve the treatment of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection in the efficacy and bacterial eradication rates,but the probability of renal toxicity adverse reactions will also increase accordingly.
